I love the service I get when I call in or the delivery person comes, as they are all extremely excellent as customer service representatives. They answer all my questions and always treats me with kindness and respect. I love them all. The person that delivers my propane always calls me before he comes. The reason is I need to unlock my gate from the back because we have strong winds here at times, and it has blown my gate completely off a few times when this happens. This way I can run out and unlock the fence when they call. They all work very efficiently and always fill my tank before it becomes empty. Very excellent and efficient service.

The communication. Actually answer phone at headquarters and the driver calls us prior to delivery as requested. Very grateful after our horrible experience with one of your competitors.
You have the magic thingie on the tank that sends a signal to the elves back at your workshop telling them that my tank is getting low. And then one morning while I’m sipping coffee I hear what sounds like a truck coming up my driveway. So I look out the window and sure enough, there is a propane truck backing up to where my tank is. After going outside in my pajamas with coffee cup in hand, I talk to the driver and learn that he isn’t at the wrong address, and that showing up unannounced with no prior email or text is standard procedure. Being the newbie that I was in the consumption of bulk propane, I just didn’t know what to expect. But now that I do know, I say keep up the good work. Monitoring the tank level and ordering a refill before it gets too low is one less thing I have to worry about. Thanks!
