Very reliable. We always receive a message when service will be performed, and the technician lets us know when they're on the way. We're a fairly new customer (a little over a year), but things have gone smoothly and there have been no problems. Much better than another company we used to use. Highly recommend!

The technician is the best part about this whole service Ive been working with Julio Perez for a few years now and he is so kind and professional. We always chat about how things are going for a min before we discuss any recent findings. He removes any critters I or the chemicals managed to kill, which I am forever grateful for because I hate touching them. Looking at them, even being near them. He is super knowledgeable and never misses a spot. When he comes I can go 60 days without seeing any critters until he comes back. Maybe I could go longer, but I dont want to risk it. The area I live in turns out to be high traffic area for crawlers. I dont even like talking about it. Other technicians are ok, but non are as good as Julio Perez! And I will say it a million times. As long as hes here, Ill never leave this company or the footprint area of SD it services. Dont know what I would do if the crawlers were still in my house. I have so much peace of mind when I sleep and im so relaxed when I clean not worried about finding anything with more than 2 legs in my house, lurking ominously. Give Julio a raise!

Friendly and knowledgeable technicians

Since I made that phone call to HomeShield regarding my rat and spider problem, I have to say the problem was solved and I have never been happier. I can sleep better knowing that I won't hear the rats in my attic. Regarding the spiders, I no longer fight spider webs in the morning when I leave for work. I have the best technician who always calls to let me know he is on his way. We always share a laugh and enjoy a little conversation before he begins. I would like my friends to experience what I am experiencing. The price, service and friendliness.
