Aaron the tech was great. I had to clear access to the attic and wasn't ready the first time he came out so he had to come back to finish. Which he did with no complaints. Would have like to know he had to get in the attics in the first place but that wasn't on him. Thanks!

Home Shield did a great job of eradicating a nasty flea infestation in my yard.

The people that Homneshield sends out are friendly and knowledgeable and truly are interested in solving our issues.
Homeshield does not worry about additional trips if the situation calls for it.

Overall service is great.
Just that home shield isn't able to precisely tell if something is wrong with the plants wrt insects.
