We have been using Home Shield for about a year. All of the technicians have been very courteous, thorough and responsive to our requests/needs/questions. I appreciate the pre-visit notifications they provide and the post-visit information that is emailed to us.

The quickness of getting an appointment. The professionalism of the company and the attendants. They are very personable and provide you with information that will help you understand what is being done to your home. I mostly like how the company will remind you that you have a scheduled appointment via text and email and call. The attendant will do the same, notify you of their arrival. Communication is a huge key with your customers. Since I have been receiving service, I have not been swiping spider webs when I am leaving for work in the morning. Thank you.
