The level of professional service at island life is thorough, generous and nourishing. Went in to get my bottom bracket replaced. Jacob and Chris helped me out in such a detailed, down to earth, and professional way.

They both listened to my request, processionally educated me about the state of my bike while making offers appropriate to the state of the bike, and most importantly responded to my request to have my bottom bracket replaced.

Along with that, these guys legit are sincere with the care they gave for solving the problem and informing me about where problems are both present, and absent with my bike.

The service was so great and swift. I’m grateful to be shown how a well run business system operates and grateful to see and have access to such a business here in St. Augustine.
