Would’ve rated a 10 but…Very friendly and accommodating with one exception- I’m a senior woman who hadn’t ridden a bike in many years. I picked up my new trek Townie and was handed the bike with no offer to check that it was adjusted correctly. When I asked if it was adjusted for me I was told it’s easy to do-that may be true if you know something about it. It wasn’t until I questioned more that the bike was actually adjusted for me and I was given some direction on using brakes etc

Very nice people but need to remember some people are new to biking.

These guys did exactly as they promised on my bike repair, didn't try to cheat me, didn't judge me for buying an Amazon bike......and.....they did it all with a smile! I'd recommend them and if I knew then what I know now, I'd have bought my bike from them.

Steven was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did not feel pressured at any time and he adjusted the bicycles for us to make sure we were completely satisfied and happy with our purchase. We also saw him providing the same attention to a child and her parent helping her decide on a very pretty bracelet.
