I have had a long pleasant conversation with Alan Pruitt and he was able to help me with many concerns. You check our tank and keep it from running out
The ability to pay and see tank status online. If need to call in for an issue customer service has been very responsive. Installer (Rod) out of Union SC was great to work with - knowledgeable, detail oriented and cares about the outcome of his work.
I called to order gas and it was delivered in two days.
I'm very pleased with the kind and helpful staff at the Union South Carolina location.
Alan was able to clear up some confusion I had about my delivery service. He is very courteous and professional. Friedman gas is fortunate to have such an eloquent employee representing their company.
I did not meet my delivery driver but I was able to view his work on my cameras, he was very careful to not squish any of the ducks, chickens or cats roaming on the property that he had to pass to get to the tank.
I am very thankful that natural gas is available in our great state of South Carolina and I hope that all future generations will be able to enjoy this clean burning fuel.

Timely service
I can always depend on Freeman Gas to take care of my needs even though I am a "will call" gas user.
My response of -0- rating yesterday was in error. I opened the email on my cell phone, and as I was scrolling down, my thumb hit -0- and it was gone. Alan Pruitt called me this morning to ask about the -0- rating and I explained what had happened.
My experience with Freeman Gas over the past couple of years has been excellent. I bought my parents’ home and installed a gas pack HVAC and a propane tankless hot water heater. I changed gas service from Denton Gas (over 60 years) to Freeman. Alan and his team were very helpful in the transition and have been responsive to my requests. I would definitely recommend Freeman Gas to anyone looking for a propane provider, gas logs, or hot water tank or tankless unit. Thank you.
