Company is good with timely service. Now with new ownership it has become very difficult to place orders. We were told to do on line which we did., however no response over two weeks. We than try calling and it took several days to finally get hold of someone. We talked with someone after signing up with new company about painting tank and was told someone would be out. Has of this date no one has come by.

For years we have been customers of Denton gas. The office personal has always been helpful and pleasant. The delivery guys were always prompt if we called for an unscheduled delivery. The new changes will take time to get used to. My recent request for delivery took 7 days. I will have to get used to watching the meter.
I have never ran out of gas. The bill is on bank draft
