Always had great service until 2022. Then transferred to another office. They had computer problems with the transfer & I was running low on fuel with extreme cold coming & the holidays. But they came through for me just in time. Then this year I never got any word from them that it was time to renew my prepaid contact. I had to call to check on it & get my service set up again for the year. Hope now things will get back on track. I don't need any more problems at my age.
Always friendly and prompt with service. Please be careful with gates next stop. You inadvertently left the gate open and the dogs got out.

I really like that Freeman gas delivered my tank and filled it up on the same day. The online billing is super easy.
Sandy has always been very receptive and helpful from the day we started dealing with Freeman. We were a new build and new tank customer. She made our experience very easy and we appreciate all she does. We just called for a fill up on Monday and they were here on Tuesday. They rock!

Well automated system. Don't have to call to refill, they already know what is my level of gas in the tank. Payment system is easy. When I call for questions, the worker is very helpful and polite.
