The delivery service folks are great! They are always friendly, and enjoyable to talk with. They are respectful to my property - I live behind a private gate with a long curved driveway. They are very good drivers never veering off the driveway.

I was impressed with how quickly the delivery truck came and filled my tank. However, I would like to have some type of notice that the delivery is coming today, tomorrow or on the way. I pulled left out of my subdivision saw a gas truck coming from the right but had no idea it was Gas South delivering to my house. I would like to have been there when he came to fill the tank. I also am a little unhappy that I was assured last spring the pilot light in my fireplace would not burn enough gas to make it worth turning it off and then back on. It made a huge difference. My tank had around 50 % when I stopped using the fireplace (that's the only gas I have) it was below 20% when I checked it after the 1st time I turned on the logs for maybe an hour 1 night! I will do my best to find someone to turn it off next spring even if I have to call you to come do it and pay for a service call I guess.
