Had an issue getting my gas logs to light. I called and got an appointment for a service , they came out on time were very friendly professional and extremely helpful. They were able to solve my problem and were happy to do so. Great people all the way around.

I had never used propane for my gas needs until I moved to Ellijay. Your tech, Brian, came this week to refill our propane tank. He was very courteous and allow me to observe as he explained refilling the tank. He provided me insight into the process and the reading of the valve.

As long as the local customer can talk to and work with Victoria - I will / would recommend Freeman. But if customers are forced to go through corporate to get service I would NOT recommend you. The local people do a great job at servicing their local customers!!

I am on auto fill and I never have to worry about checking my tank. I don't have to call very often, but the customer service folks are always helpful and answer any questions I may have about my bill. Pricing seems competitive. All and All just a great company to do business with.
