Pretty simple and straight forward. Had an inspector perform a leak check with no issues and the truck came the next day and filled the tank. The prices were reasonable and competitive. I'm happy with everything except that I only use the gas to cook, so it takes over 3 years to need more. After 18 months my account was deleted. Hopefully, maybe Freeman gas can put my account into a holding status or something instead of needing to start over again next time. I am happy with Freeman and I plan on using your services again. Just a suggestion to make things easier next time.

After 4 months of repeated calls to Superior with no resolution I was able to get my local Ellijay office. Victoria fixed my problem on the phone that day. Had a technician out within a few days and had propane filled.

I have been a propane customer since 1975, and although I have had several issues created by the various mergers & acquisitions over the years, the service provided has been good overall. The main issues that I have had were due to new route drivers and billing issues/confusion due partially to multiple accounts that are located next door to each other with a common driveway.
Despite the fact that natural gas is available on my street since maybe around early 2000's, I have stayed with propane due to overall satisfaction and my distance from the road, ie 800 feet.
In all the years that I have been with the "Company" I have only actually run out of gas about four times in the winter. My empty tank was addressed within only a day or two, with three days being the longest. The Customer Service has continued to be responsive and helpful despite ownership and accounting changes.
Always prompt to answer my requests- fill-ups can usually get delivered in less than 5 days. Folks are most helpful.
