I like having a gas service that is small and delivers personal service. If I call with a problem or question, they are quick to answer or resolve the situation. They once delivered my gas to my neighbor’s tank . When I called to report that I had no gas at night, someone came to my house and delivered gas so that I had heat.

We are happy with the ability to talk to someone polite on the phone. The drivers are always courteous as well. We had a small leak and it was handled remarkably well.
Response to any requests regarding the tank and checking the fireplace are always timely. It is a bit confusing contacting Superior and having them forward my calls to local Freeman staff for processing.

The people that we have dealt with for our propane requirements have always been excellent. From the drivers, to the technicians that have installed and hooked up new tanks and propane appliances have been very professional and great to work with.
