We've been customers for 8 years and have been satisfied with the service. However, we are not happy since Superior took over and removed the telephones from the office in Murphy. Now we have to visit the office in person if we need to speak with someone. It's very inconvenient.

A competitor told me that THEY would monitor customer owned tank and fill it when THEY thought they should. THEY don't put propane in my tank anymore, Thompson staff listened to my concerns and my tank stays about 50% now, just how I like it.
