How they treat kids and parents
They are set to include all kids no matter the skills. I liked how hype the lady coach was and how she was so good with the younger group! She got my son out playing and he has never been more excited.

I love that it is informative and fun for the kids without the everyday practice commitment. It’s great for kids that are curious about playing a sport. The staff is friendly and the programs are run very smooth.
i9 is a great introductory program I always recommend the program and I like the same day practices and game set up.
I will say that I registered for a fall basketball session and it was moved to winter without confirming that was something we could do. I would have liked better communication about that.

The coaches are great
We like i9 because it keeps our daughter active while fitting well into our family’s work-life balance. The one-day-a-week commitment is manageable, and it’s nice to have a consistent day and be done for the week. The shorter sessions also make it easy with our toddler… she often naps, and we’re not there for hours trying to entertain her.
It is organized in a way that lets the kids play and have fun. Even though it is co-ed the players can all learn and develop together.

Your programs are amazing ! Your a motivation to our kids by having the right amount of patience , passion , and teaching skills to be with kids . Everything is so organized and runs so smooth . Everyone has a great customer service and my son has learned so much from yall . We trully appreciate all the hard work you put out .
The coaches are amazing and the location our indoor games are perfect!

Focus on fun, emphasize positive values over competition, doesn’t interfere with weekday activities.
Organized, great introduction to the sport. Sunday practice and games combined allow for more participation.
Love that the seasons are short—not a giant commitment. Also, that it’s only one day a week. And that it’s not crazy competitive.
