That these coaches understand these children show up with very different skill levels. Some of them have not had any exposure to the sport at all. The coaches have compassion and understanding and a desire to teach the kids the sport starting from where the skill level is for each child.. I have seen coaches basically treat a child as an outcast because they do not have the skill set or understanding of the sport when they start at this young age. That is very disheartening not to mention how it negatively affects the child’s self-worth .

The variety of sports to choose from, the quality of kids and families, the referees and the overall organization.

All sports have been great except for tennis, tennis is run by two teenage coaches who have them now using the racket 90% of the time. I will never do tennis again, and I recognize the tennis is a little different from the rest of the sports. But still, I will not drive my kid to Parker for the other half of the season when I could do a better job of intro tennis to myself and I don’t know much about tennis.

Our coach Maryssa Kelly has been awesome! We also like having a ref and the kids all getting a medal! So far it has been a great experience!

Convenient league schedules and great locations for practices/games.

Instructional, low pressure learning environment for kids. Non competitive soccer program. Most other groups offer very little instruction but have a lot of competitive games, making it hard for kids to learn and hone the basics.

I like that it is a little more casual than other sports teams. I also like that it is smaller teams and volunteer coaches who really want to be there. I wish the seasons were a little longer so the teams could get to know each other better.
