Customer Testimonials
Team building and help build character
The site manager at Montessori School of Raleigh is amazing. She sets the tone of how i9 is supposed to feel. As for the league itself, it is a tremendous way to be inclusive of all athletes. I do think teams should be as random as possible so as teams that have experience together outside of i9 learn from others. It is very difficult for first timers and teams that don’t know each other to compete with teams that already have chemistry.
Practice/games in one day
Coaches Matthew and Andrew Mastrapa were great! They taught the kids basketball fundamentals as well as sportsmanship. If they coach again, we’ll definitely sign up.
The organization and practices are attached to game day!
One day a week with games following the practice. Referee and coaches are good.
Well organized, easy app for schedule and updates.
Coach Johnny is really great at keeping the kids engaged and focused while making it fun regardless of the weather conditions!
I like that it’s not a during the week and does not take up a lot of time.
We have really enjoyed i9 so far. We love the combination of practice and game all in the same day.
Great coaching (Coach Chris), and a low pressure environment that is conducive to learning and building confidence.
Instructions are clear and easily understood by the children.
The overall atmosphere is amazing. It truly is about the kids having fun, learning a sport, and being a good teammate.
I really like how fun they are for the kids and that when a concern is raised that it is addressed. So far it has turned into a great sports experience for our little one!
The coach's interaction with the children, his patience, and his way of introducing them to the game.
Sportsmanship. Kids learning to form bonds. Working together as a team. It’s been great experiences for our family.
I like how professional is the whole team. They keep kids engaged during the game. The only thing I don’t like is the handling of medals after a game. Kids feel discourage.
Very laid back but they are actually learning the sport and everyone seems excited and happy to be there
My toddler has fun
Love that practice and games are on the same day.
Well organized. Appreciate the frequent messages regarding each weeks practice/game
The program is organized and the weekly sportsmanship values are great messages for growing athletes
I enjoyed the time frame of the program, one hour each week. For a 3 year old and working parents, the time committment wasn't unrealistic.
I also really enjoyed the app and website, it is user friendly, simple to use, and nice to have the schedule so easily accessible on your phone
Inclusivity, the values and sportsmanship that they teach the kids, the welcoming and friendly staff, coaches, and volunteers.
Everything thus far. The organization, the coach(es) and overall how excited my son is to participate in his sport. His enthusiasm is a direct reflection of i9 sports in a great way!
Staff
Very accessible and well organized. i9 does a great job of accommodating families who want to be together on the same team. Great coaching tools and app.
Excellent, supportive team.
Everyone is understanding of the children's age group and appropriate expectations for that age of development both physically and emotionally. They encourage fun and growth.
I have been very pleased with the communication, organization, and excellent coaches and referees. It has been such a wonderful experience and I definitely will refer friends.

Tennis has been a great experience for us - coach Chris knows his sport and also meets the kids where they are!
