Your staff are incredibly patient with youth participants, coaches and parents. Specifically we appreciate the ref with long dreads - sorry we forget his name. He is amazing! He stops and interacts with the kids at their level every single session. He has no favorites and cares about doing a great job. He is the best.

I enjoy the mentorship to the kids from the coaches.

The children are outside, they are interacting with other children and most important the environment is safe

I like that practices are open and flexible, according to whatever the coach desires to teach.

I like that the games immediately follow the practices. I would like for the game to be a little longer. Maybe 1hr vs 45 mins total time. KIDS LOVE TO PLAY!

I like implementing the sportsmanship value word and teaching some examples behind them. Furthermore i9 emphasizes the importance of these values and provide examples of how to communicate them to the kids.

Everyone is included and the coaches make the game fun no matter the experience! 10/10 recommend.

I like how the time is split up, 30 minutes to practice and 30 minutes for a game. I like how there was a main coach and a younger assistant coach. It felt like all the kids got equal time with a coach and my son really learned some baseball and sportsmanship skills this season.
