Customer Testimonials
Low commitment for kids wanting to try different sports
The coaches are professional, fair & understanding. And the kids all get along & play well together! We like i9 sports…our 2nd time using it!
The lessons that are taught to children. Great coaches who really genuinely care about the kids.
Love all the games and the kids being able to play so much. I like the smaller teams so kids play more. They get so bored having to sit out with big teams. I would like the refs to call more, blow their whistles, and be louder. Let’s teach these kids how to be great players!
The friendly non-competitive nature of it all.
I love that there are equal opportunities for practice and games, as well as the equal mindset that everyone is actively learning and growing in their ability
Practice on the same day as the game.
Convenient, age appropriate
It’s easy to participate with a one day a week commitment. Mixed ages on the team allow our kids to elevate their ability by interacting with more experienced players.
Ability to request friends on same team.
Locations that don't change.
Great coaching.
Flexibility, offering, knowing commitment dates (practice before games)
Great opportunity for the kids to learn the game and easy to get involved
One day/week. Low stress fun. Accessible for beginners.
My kid enjoys the coaches and staff . Having it on a weekend is great
I love that we practice before the games, makes life much simpler when not juggling practice and games on different days. I think basketball should practice an hour before the game, not 30 minutes.
Focus on fun, not competitiveness
Refs are helpful and friendly with kids and coaches
Access to good facilities
Logistics pretty smooth from beginning to end
Jerseys are nice
Flexibility of different times and locations, the coaches and the experiences.
Good overall program; good volunteers
Girls only programs, location
Very easy and staff friendly
I think this program is awesome for kids to learn how to play sports, also interact with other kids while playing. Learning sportsmanship. I give a great deal of credit to the coaching staff for what they do for the kids and the community. We will be signing up for years to come for all different sports. Thank you i 9 Staff!!
Great communication, nice coaches, very organized. Games includes everyone and it’s a great opportunity for the kids to make friendships and good sportsmanship.
I like the low key attitudes of the parents- win but no yelling at the kids, coaches, or refs.
I like that it is close to my home. Wish there were mid week addional practices for skill building and team bonding
I love soo many things about I-9! First of all, it is a one-day-a-week commitment. The seasons are six weeks (not overwhelming and make you feel like you live/eat/breathe youth sports). The focus is on developing skill and teaching the youth about the sport, NOT about high performance pressures apparent in other competitive leagues. I-9 encourages healthy competition, but also teaches and rewards sportsmanship which transfers into real world values even off the court/field. Ryland (our volleyball ref) displays ultimate patience with players and coaches, ensuring everyone feels comfortable. I-9 has provided the opportunity for my daughter to confidently play the sport she loves.
Love the location at MECC, start times, set up of half game and half practice.
Multiple sports offered and love that practice and the game are the same day.
Most importantly the kids learn sportsmanship and team work.
Coach Kav is a great teacher for new younger players. Great environment for beginners
The commitment of 6 weeks is short and right for our family.
Love it

Kids seem to be having fun and that’s what it should be about for kids this age.
