Our experience with ServiceMaster Restoration by Desert Dry was impeccable and I highly recommend this company. Our house flooded due to a malfunction in our washing machine and I called them for help. From the moment the phone was answered I received incredible customer service. We had never been through an event such as this and I wasn't even sure what to do. The good news was....they did! And did they ever! They showed up promptly and worked efficiently. The workers that were dispatched were not only professional, courteous, and respectful of our property, they were knowledgeable and were able to communicate with my husband in great detail very effectively. Our experience with them was outstanding!

Joel and Jose were the best. Joel came first to assess the job and explained the process step-by-step. I received an estimate detailing the work to be done and the cost. The next day Jose came started the job and completed it. All this on Thanksgiving eve, starting about 2 in the afternoon, and finishing about 5. They were very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. I also have to mention that they cleaned up after the job, which was very nice. I was impressed. I will definitely hire them again when I need plumbing services.
