All I can say is this South Shore team was amazing. A big shout out to Jeff, Jake, Tony, Ryan and Sean. I had an urgent issue and was feeling overwhelmed when these guys came in and took control of the situation. There was no mess, no dust and no fuss. There were barriers set up due to a flood in my home without very little interruption. They were simply amazing. I would definitely hire this team again!!

A very good professional service. They called ahead of time as to when they would arrive, they protected myself and the home contents from being contamilnated in the debris cleaning process. When done, they cleaned the area they worked in very well, and the crew had a good manager on hand with them to answer any possible questions they had or that I had. Would definitely recommend.

I like the way they did damage investigation as to cause of and possible repair of issue as well so that they could the work safely and made sure that the problems were corrected before they left and contacted insurance company.
I cannot even begin to express my extreme satisfaction in every area and with all the personnel at Service Master. I had a terrible sewage situation in my basement. They came out on time, they called ahead of time, they do excellent work. And all of the people that came to my home were professional, friendly, and great at what they do. I have never had a company do what they say they’re going to do plus go above and beyond. Service Master is top notch. I’m sad my job is over because I don’t get to see the people that work there anymore. In that short time they became like friends. Excellent excellent company and my basement is like new.
