Everything! The staff is so friendly & caring, the facility is very, very clean and they have nicely remodeled since they’ve opened the business. I like the app with the camera to look in on our dog, & our dog loves going there!

Facility is extremely clean, staff is knowledgeable of dog behaviors, monitoring dog play area closely so no injuries occur to dogs (dog to dog or playing too roughly), video monitoring system, screening of dogs to assure no aggressive dogs are permitted.

Baxter can't wait to get in the door to play with his doggy friends. The staff is friendly, professional and give us good feedback about Baxter's Day. We also use the grooming and boarding services as needed with great results.

They were amazing with my nitro

everyone is very warm and friendly... they course correct when my dog becomes too unruly... they give wonderful baths...

This Camp Bow Wow is WONDERFUL. The owners are there daily and all the staff are friendly and so great with the dogs.

The facility is SO clean and well cared for. The dogs are separated into play groups based on size and there is a staff member in each section to watch and attend to all the dog's needs. I love the indoor/outdoor capability in each doggy play area.

I love the ability to log in and see the webcams in each area. It is great to watch your dog play and have fun.

My dog starts whining in excitement (in the car) when we turn onto the road where Camp Bow Wow is located. He drags me in the door and can't wait to go inside.

I trust my dog is well cared for every time he is there and have nothing but high praise for everything they do!!

Clean facility!

The owners are genuine, friendly and care of the wellbeing of the animals. I say animals because it is only rumored that they support a feral cat colony near their property. I dare say they also care on the wellbeing of their clients. The additional staff is friendly and adequate.

CBW Is spotless clean, I have watched them scrub floors, the building is new and in perfect condition.

The cancel rules are flexible when life gets in the way of a reservation.

The owners will.comminicate via call or text with an issue.

The owners take action when a dog is too aggressive or their is a behaiour problem. They will try for a solution however when an aggressive or a dog got up on the wrong side of the sofa they are politely asked to go home.

I have zero, absolutely zero complaints. I am a lifer, a world wide dog daycare user and this is the only place the only model of care I am willing to use. It's mostly based on customer service, cleanliness, the dogs activity and how tired the are at the end of the day.

Can you tell I'm impressed?

Clean facility, friendly staff. Lots of room for the dogs to play! They have so many extra services to choose from. My dog loves it there and never wants to leave!
