Clean facility !

Doug and Brandy welcomed us and took great care of us. We are new to the Camp Bow Wow experience and are from Pittsburgh we joined Bow Wow there three weeks ago. It was so helpful for us to find that Bow Wow was in more places than our hometown, and Clearwater was one of them. Our time away would have been nerve wracking with our new puppy—Kalliope, had it not been for Bow Wow —and Doug helped us feel comfortable and eased the process.

A suggestion is that the 7:30pm return time on the door be changed asap as we intentionally planned to pick up our dog closer to 7:30pm on Friday eve. It was embarrassing that we were late (7:10pm) to pick her up this evening.

-He raced in the door on our second visit.
-It was very clean and did not smell like animal waste. The last thing that I want is form my pet to come home with parasites.
-My dog was not just a number; the staff took the time to learn his behaviors and modified his stay as needed.

Everyone is so nice to deal with. When my dog Cooper comes home from daycare you can tell he really enjoyed himself. He is just exhausted and so happy. They treat your dog as if it were their very own.

Clean, personal, know a lot about dogs, and you love the dogs very much.

Pyper loves Camp Bow Wow! Mom & Dad loved the facilities and how he got to play all day during his 7 night overnight stay.

The daily emails and photos updating us about our puppy while he was boarded was amazing! We did not expect that and it brought us ease to our day knowing our dog was in good hands and having a great time!

My dogs love it! The staff is phenomenal! I appreciate the little updates (pupdates) I get when I pick them up. They notify me when their is any concerns and they are so friendly and caring to me and my dog babies. I appreciate all the kindness show our family. I would recommend them always!

The amount of play time outside of kennels, the amount of staff, the care and pride of the owners, management and staff, cleanliness, cameras and consistency amongst the franchise. We love camp for daycare and boarding!

The hours of operation for the weekends work with people who work full time hours on Saturday and Sunday

I love the communication from all of the employees, the greeting our girls get from everyone makes me feel like they are in great hands when we taken them and I love that I can see them on the cameras whenever I want.
