He took the time to diagnose the problem with my bike and suggested some products that would make my riding more comfortable. There was no wait for service and it was completed in four days. It seemed like you guys were reluctant to tune a couple of pairs of skis on short notice at the end of the season. Your willingness to do them sealed the deal for me for buying a new hardtail bike from you vs some other shops I have relationships with. Plus, it helped that you had my size in stock!
