I had a great experience for my first time at Waterbury Sports and it encouraged me to to both add other items to my purchase and share with my hockey team my experience. We were greeted and assisted in picking out new skates with sizing and brand comparison, then helped with fitting and molding them with the oven while we explored adjustable helmets so we could upgrade our current choice. In the end, reasonable prices were made better with 20% off deal on everything, thank you!
Took my bike in for a simple tuneup and it definitely rode better than it's ever written before when I took it home.
And it was cleaned up as well!
The manager is super friendly. Everyone was super cool. They kept my bike for an extra week when I couldn't go pick it up.
