I did not buy any product I probably was the next time as far as the service I rate you guys a 100% it starts with the lady that answered the phone and scheduled my appointment I forgot her name maybe you didn't refresh your name to me so I can do the same thing next time call her and get an appointment but you guys are 100% on your service I forgot already the lady's name that cut my hair I'm on 100% disabled veteran and I have a condition with my memory but oh well it's working pretty good I remember this service in the service was 100% and you didn't know it I didn't say it but for a veteran that's a 100% he needs that 100% that you give them

Crystal was a delight and did a great job cutting my hair! I've been going to a salon for several years and my stylist left to spend time at home with her kiddos. I had checked out Floyd's in Lexington, KY when visiting our kids/grandkids earlier this year. Had a great experience so was happy to see that Floyd's was now in my Clearwater neighborhood!
