Our experience was great. Friendly welcome as we walked in. The environment was great. The staff was constantly cleaning up from haircuts so the floors remained cleaned. The hairdresser did an awesome cut of my son's hair -- exactly what he wanted and showed him how to style it with the new product. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend!!

Crystal intently listened to what I was asking for and was very nice to talk to. The shop has a really chilled vibe and there’s options for an enhanced experience such as a wash and massage if you would like. I definitely like that proper fades are a speciality of Floyd’s as in my experience not many shops know how to correctly fade. I will be returning! :)
