I recently placed an order, for the first time this season, for Kerosene. I was surprised to see I was billed an additional dollar per gallon (as a customer without auto delivery/contract). After paying the bill owed, I took the time to complete a survey and share my dissatisfaction and decision to find a new heating provider moving forward.
I was extremely pleased when I received a call from a representative at your office, Madison. Although it was after 4pm on a Friday evening, Madison took the time to speak with me about my specific account and my reasons why it doesn’t make sense for me to have an auto delivery/contract for a small tank/secondary heating source. Madison credited my account the additional charge to be put towards the next order.
I didn’t expect anyone from Champagnes would actually call to follow up, let alone provide a credit for the next delivery. I’m happy to say that I remain a loyal customer moving forward. Thank you, Madison!

I recently switched from a wood stove to a propane "wood" stove and therefor have a higher usage. I called for service when I noticed that my tanks both registered empty. The woman who took my call was exceptionally nice and within the HOUR the Champagne truck was in my driveway! I was so thankful knowing the nights were going to be in the 20's! I could not be more pleased with the service from the first phone call to the amazingly prompt service, to the kind delivery person!! Thanks again, Stan

I feel that you have gone away from local family owned business. I call about my delivery invoice a the operator was not local. I paid my bill online, and it still shows that we owe money. If I guess correctly, your corporation may have lowered the amount of people working in Arundel.
