I recently switched from a wood stove to a propane "wood" stove and therefor have a higher usage. I called for service when I noticed that my tanks both registered empty. The woman who took my call was exceptionally nice and within the HOUR the Champagne truck was in my driveway! I was so thankful knowing the nights were going to be in the 20's! I could not be more pleased with the service from the first phone call to the amazingly prompt service, to the kind delivery person!! Thanks again, Stan

I feel that you have gone away from local family owned business. I call about my delivery invoice a the operator was not local. I paid my bill online, and it still shows that we owe money. If I guess correctly, your corporation may have lowered the amount of people working in Arundel.

We really appreciate the ability to do a "budget" program so that we get a break on the cost, and can spread it out over the year. We also appreciate the monitoring program that allows us to not worry about running out of propane. Kudos!

I like the automatic deliveries, so I don't have to worry about checking the fuel gauge. I really like the text messages letting me know when you came and how much fuel I received. Also, that I can use a credit card to automatically pay, and I still get the discount!
