The driver couldn't deliver the oil because he was in the wrong driveway that was blocked by the snow.i called an explained the situation ,and we needed that delivery.they dispatch the driver and he came back a day or two later to deliver our oil. Thanks
I like the quick delivery, but am disappointed in the personal contact. Having no local office or being able to call and reach someone with a pulse is a definite opportunity for improvement.

Superfast turn around time. Form the time I placed my order to the time it was delivered was within a couple of days! I was not here for the delivery but nothing looked out of place- I didn't even know the delivery had happened until I saw the receipt in the door. You guys are great!
