Everything went well, except I was told the driver would text me to tell me when he was 30 mins out and that never happened. He was just lucky I had someone there to let him in for the tank check required prior to first delivery. I was counting on that text message to assure one of us would be there when the delivery arrived.
If that process isn’t followed, the customer should not be told it will be.
