I really appreciate the professionalism and good communication skills on the part of the folks who answer the phone. The drivers follow specific directions and arrive on time. I can trust that all will go well when they deliver my propane or oil. I appreciate the discount when paying early on the oil delivery.

Downeast Energy is very responsive and will help with service, oil fills and even leaking tanks should that happen. I had a leaking tank and they sent two guys out to assist with the cleanup and put a temporary patch on the tank. Their pricing was fair for the cleanup.
I would recommend them to anyone.
