Service has always been great phone, deliveries, only issue recently is your new online payment/account set up did not go well for us. We should not have to contact the onine company when our account would not set up when we had an account prior to the new system.
Bust everything else was or has been great. We still are do not have an online account set up.

Good service and competitive pricing. Pricing is the biggest item as a retiree and on a fixed income. I can’t afford to do a pre-buy on oil and it’s tough on propane too. Propane is somewhat easier for us as we use less, 400 gallons or so, oil is more like 1,000 gallons so is much more difficult to pre-buy.
