They are there when we need them…We like the fact..that they know..in house..when our Propane is running low, and they automatically come to fill it. Especially when there is a possibility of an outage during bad weather.
The company has been responsive to requests for delivery outside our normal schedule. Representatives on the phone have been friendly and helpful.

I like it that when I need service/repair I know you will come and fix it quickly. And also being on automatic delivery with a monthly payment plan makes it easier to budget my bills
Kathleen provided excellent service. She was able to provide history on my account that is not currently available on the new web site.
I was not a fan of the old web site. I'm not sure in it's current iteration that I like it much better.

The service we received on Sept. 1st was promptly and professionally delivered. The service person explained all aspects of the job and proceeded to carry out the work as described. The site was left clean and neat. This service call was promptly scheduled even though it was given on short notice. Many thanks for a job well done.
Hopefully my bill for propane will be taken care of the way it should with employees discount like I was told.
