After trouble with a buyer's real estate agent, the Terminix Manager Thomas, requested to inspect on his own time, the crawl space of my father's home. Thomas went above and beyond to preserve the integrity of his office, his employees and the relationship they had with my father, having serviced his home for many years. He validated that the space was satisfactory and disputed what was opinioned by the agent. He gave suggestions of improvements and the value added or not to each. He was very helpful as to what next steps if any should be taken. I greatly appreciated his objective opinion! HIGHLY RECCOMEND.
