Everyone at Terminix Rock Hill is unfailingly friendly and professional, of course starting with my technician Doug. Doug is always on time, communicates ahead of time, and shows up at the front door before treating the property, to discuss the treatment plan of the day, as well as any concerns I might have. I almost never have any additional concerns, because his treatment of, and care for, the property is so professionally-done. I could not recommend Terminix Rock Hill - and Doug in particular - more highly. He and they are the best.

Terminix has always provided excellent service for us. Whenever we see activity of pests in or around the house, all we have to do is call and someone will be here asap to handle it. Our most recent service was our annual inspection and the technician completed a very thorough check in every room, and around the perimeter of the house. We are very happy with the Terminix services.

Bryan the tech is so nice and does a great job!! If I have any issues or questions he is quick to handle it and is very knowledgeable. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.
