I shopped for pest and termite services. Terminix was price competitive. Communication with staff was/is excellent. They are one of the few termite service providers that include home damage warranty in the event of termite infestation. The service technician was prompt, friendly and thorough. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I felt like Terminix was a good choice, given their national status. After the service call, I am very happy with my decision and recommend Terminix to anyone looking for this type service.
Terminix is always 100% professional and reliable. And also friendly! Every technician we've had has been top-tier, including our current technician, Doug. We almost never have any issues, and on the few times that we do, Doug comes out and takes care of the problem quickly and completely, with no chemical smell or residue. I couldn't be more pleased, and I recommend Terminix of Fort Mill enthusiastically!
