I just know I can count on everyone at Terminix, especially my technician Doug. I could not be more satisfied with the entire company, and especially with Doug. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I could not ask for more.
The technician assigned to my account has been amazing. Very communicative, responsive and incredibly nice to talk to. I've had other pest control companies over the years and none of them have given me the results Terminix has. I kept being told it would take months to get things under control by other companies while Terminix was effective immediately. The only time I ever had a recurrence, I called Terminix and they were out promptly to take care of the issue with results were seen in a single day.
Our Terminix services are always performed expertly, usually by Doug. He is very thorough and efficient, plus he has a great customer service attitude.
I've been with Terminix for well over 20 years in three states. I've always found them fairly priced and responsive to any concerns I may have. Jason has been our tech since moving to SC, and he's the best! Always friendly and informative and I totally trust him.
