Terminix responded right away when I first contacting them with a very knowledgeable person on the phone informing me of their services they offered, their company back ground, and their workers that would be assigned. My appt was made within days. Their worker, Jake, was very nice and listened to my bug problem and where they were mostly located. He uncovered where they were coming from and why right away. He gave me the plan and jumped right in. Im happy with their service and their knowledge. Thank you, I'm confident I went with the right company. In fact they were the 2nd call I made for pest control and because of the knowledge and the person on the line I went with Terminix and im glad I didn't wait for the return call of my 1st choice from a friend, which they sounded like, dont do me any favors lady.... and I told them so when they finally got around to returning my call and I told them exactly why.
