Michael Silberman and his team are very efficient and are true professionals. As an aside, I would have preferred closing a Ganek office as opposed to the selling agent's office.
This closing wasn't your traditional buyer, yet the Ganek PC team was still able to get us to the finish line successfully. My client utilized a DSCR loan and changed the purchaser from his name to an LLC within a short timeframe of the actual closing date. Peter and his team were both diligent and professional in communicating with all parties along the way and accommodated both parties to ensure a smooth closing, despite lender specific delays.
