I have closed with Ganek for many years and they will continue to be my first choice for a closing attorney but this past Thursday, I was genuinely floored by the stellar customer service which lead me to this review. Peter truly went above and beyond to help close out a difficult transaction. There was a HELOC that needed to be paid off but the bank was unresponsive at best when trying to confirm the final amount. The Ganek team made countless attempts over multiple weeks to obtain the payoff with no success, on closing day Peter took the time out of his busy schedule to physically walk into the local branch just to get this sorted personally and we were able to close on time. I couldn’t be more thankful for Peter and the whole team who continuously impress me with every transaction I bring to the firm. You are truly the best in the industry and I’m proud to do business with you all!

Y'all did great and will close with you again. The only negative I had, and made y'all aware of it, is that you had received the loan package I believe 2 days before closing according to loan processor/lender, and we should've received the final settlement statement the day before closing. I was not able to go over it with my client before closing (a huge negative) since I didn't have the final HUD.
Aside from that, the construction in the Midtown lobby is a detractor. May use one of your other locations until that construction is finished

Honestly, this transaction was not as smooth as most I have experience with Ganek, but everyone has off times. I would still always recommend Ganek.
This time the pre-closing was the issue. The HUD/ALTA was wrong several times, the buyers (who have closed with Ganek 2 other times) struggled to get information, specifically wiring instructions and closing information. I was contacted as the listing agent both on the phone and in email communications and I represented the buyers. The seller was included in buyer communications several times, that she should not have been party too. Emails often had slight misinformation like a 10am closing listed as 10:30. Also, funds for the warranty were held from agent commission and it had been paid outside of closing, that information had been shared with the pre closer. Over all, nothing catastrophic but we have become accustom to flawless service it was noticeable.

You reached out at 6:30pm the day before the closing when you realized there was no PAC submitted. I was able to rectify this just before the closing so there would be no snags. Thank you for that! Other law offices have not been so attune to a closing file. It’s all in the details and Ganek is all about them. Great closing process!

Our closing was a bit more complex than usual as GDOT was involved but the closing still ran smoothly as Attorney Silberman patiently walked everyone through the signing process while being thorough and informative. The office staff was great to work with also. When I had to reach out with questions, they got me the answers I needed quickly! I would definitely close with Ganek again!
