He was attentive and provided me guidance when I reported my accident to ICBC and BCAA while at Kirmac. He was respectful with good listening when I told him my concerns about the repair. He kept me informed on the progress of the work being done both on the mechanic part and the body part. He gave realistic timelines and consulted me throughout the process. It has been a wonderful experience under a very stressful circumstance. The receptionist was very courteous too. You have a good team!

Absolutely top notch phone skills and customer service! I work in the service industry and know how hard it is to find a customer service person like her. Give her a raise before someone else does!
The employees there were very helpful. I got a rock chip on the highway. They were able to accommodate me and quickly fix the chip. I really appreciate it. I also received free wind shield wipers.
