Everyone was very professional and great to work with. You could tell they wanted it to be a low stress, positive experience.
(My only recommendation would be to install air purifiers in the reception area and work areas. Toxic chemicals are used in the repair process and people should not be exposed to that level of VOCs and other fumes.)

I had a very positive experience with Kirmac Collision & Autoglass. Their service was fast and courteous from start to finish. As a Tesla owner, I was especially pleased that they provided the same Tesla service vehicle while mine was being repaired, which made the whole process very convenient. The staff kept me informed throughout the process and provided regular updates on the status of my vehicle, which I really appreciate. Superior service and excellent results. My only concern is the loaner vehicle provided was very slow and difficult to get in and out of. I didn’t feel very safe in that car. The loaner also had a slight odd smell.
Madeleine is so personable and friendly. I appreciate the way she kept me updated with the progress. I also appreciate that Cam took time with me to explain the estimates.I was grateful for the new little courtesy car provided to me and, of course, I love the way my car looks all shiny and new!

It was quick. I went on a Tuesday at around 10.30 they sent me a text at around 11.30 saying that my appointment was the following Monday. However 15 mins later they called me and said there was a slot available at 13:00 on the same day. I got my car back at 17:00 the same day.
