Efficiency, owner and service manager were wonderful

They were able to get the service done on our car sooner than expected. They send texts with updates on your vehicle and provide pics and an entire diagnostic summary. Very friendly staff with good rates too!

When I moved from Austin, Tx. I already knew about Christian Brothers because I used them in Austin. I knew I could trust their immediate accessment.
But when I called and could not get appointment at the first store. I was presented with an easy solution
I liked how the first Christian Brothers Automotive called another sister store and called back to let me know,, the other store had availability and gave me their phone number. I was able to take my car in for service at 11:00 am. I explained to Christian Brothers Automotive shop advisor, I started having trouble with my battery and I might need a new replacement. Because, I was driving to California the next morning and needed an oil change and a thorough check up on my car. I waited in their very clean waiting room as I was offered water or coffee. Just like the stores in Austin, this store had Christian reading material on the table while you wait.
. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers automotive shop. They are very knowledgable and reasonably priced. I appreciated their excellent customer service. They communicated with me about what my car needed before servicing my car. And approximate time my car would be finished. At the end of the day my car was fixed and I was able to drive to California the next morning feeling my car was safe and was running well. Without a doubt, I will be back to this location again Thank you for taking care of me.

Communication every step of repair.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was welcomed and the waiting area was superb. I was assisted through every step and contacted upon completion of the work. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Christian Brothers and would definitely recommend them to others.

Came in for fluid exchange on my 4Runner. Dropped it off and fluids were tested and whole car looked over. I was told what was needed and recommended and what was not. Work was done that day at a reasonable price. Very clean shop and waiting room. Thanks guys!
