Blaine was thorough and clear throughout our repair process. He kept us continually aware of the cost and time estimates. They were very helpful with clear explanations, offering different dates and times for the repairs, offering rides to and from the shop, and estimate confirmations before any work was done. We have gone to both locations for two different repairs, and have found CBA to always be straight forward, honest, and fair. Their prices are significantly lower than other shops we’ve dealt with, but the quality of service is so much better! It’s almost impossible to find service like this anymore.

They went above and beyond in hospitality (shuttle, coffee, snacks), care (genuinely empathized with the pain of the car issues), and communication (got phone calls and texts with updates as well as a detailed overview with pictures of what was wrong and how they fixed it). Best service I ever received at a car shop!

I like that Christian Brothers, specifically Brian really cares if his customer is happy/satisfied with the service/visit. I really liked that they treated me with politeness and respect and conducted themselves as though they really appreciate my business. The location is new and it was very nice and clean. I was offered a courtesy ride home so that I didn’t have to sit and wait and they quickly came back for me when my car was finished. I will definitely use Christian Brothers at McQueen and Guadalupe in Gilbert for future oil changes and service on my vehicle. I would recommend that anyone looking for car care where these qualities are important to you, this is the place for you.

CBA took care of my daughters car and had her up and running properly in just a few days. Excellent communication and they were able to fix a mistake by another shop. A honest place to take your vehicle and clear communication about your vehicle. I will be back and let others know this is the place to take your vehicle.

CBA takes care of their customers, explains repairs well and prioritizes repairs depending on customers ability to fix issues all at once. If the vehicle is not safe to drive they will say so.
