I really enjoy going to the Y at Schilling Farms! The group exercise classes are great and the instructors always do a fantastic job. It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or you’ve been working out for years, the classes can be tailored for any level!
They offer a range of classes. Pool is warm and not usually busy. They have weights and top of the line treadmills. Friendly workers and always willing to help answer questions or show you how to work a machine.
I like the pool. It is kept a good temperature for older swimmers.

I Last name removed that one fee lets me have access to all the classes, equipment, and facilities. I can try all sorts of options to find what works best for me. The instructors are all super encouraging and motivating and make you feel really comfortable as a new person and/or beginner. And the other patrons of the Y are also kind and helpful. we initially joined for the pool in the summer, but have stayed because it offers so much more than we imagined!

Swimming pool is my favorite. I would love it have a basketball court.
The staff is helpful and friendly. I always feel welcomed walking in and any question I have is answered promptly. The facilities are clean.
I love the Senior exercise class as I can make it as hard or as easy as I want. Stacy is a great teacher and the class has a great vibe to it.
Great classes
I absolutely love the Y! It is such a family-oriented facility filled with warm welcomes and kind souls. I love seeing people from all ages enjoying exercising and socializing with one another. The childcare room is curated for learning and playing, and the workers are so sweet to my kids. It is a true gift being able to work remotely for an hour at the gym, and then get my workout in for an hour! I highly recommend YMCA for any and all ages!

Very good atmosphere with plenty of choices to get your workout completed. The main gym is not overly crowded most of the time and I love utilizing the pool area for swimming laps.
