I liked having a trainer to teach me how to use the machines. Arsalan was fantastic in coming up with a program that fit me. I had a great experience and feel my body has gotten alot stronger since he worked with me. I have more upper and lower body strength than when I first started.This was highly encouraged by my doctor and I'm very safisfied that I chose YMCA. I plan to continue my routine on a regular basis.
I liked the other employees because they offered great customer service and were friendly. They also keep the facility clean and in working order. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for high quality fitness.
The best thing about the Y is the people. The staff is super friendly, and the Y members are usually very open to meeting and talking with each other. There is opportunity for interaction.
There is something for everybody to do. The staff is very accommodating to meeting your needs.
I appreciate the Y's outreach into the community to provide camps and swim lessons to kids who would not be able to afford it otherwise. The staff is super helpful to seniors who often times need extra attention. Safety is a at a very high priority. The staff will go to extra lengths to show you how to use the equipment and do it properly. The membership at the Y is affordable for the whole family. The childcare services are above average. Children are well cared for by the staff.
There is much more I could say but this is enough. I suggest you try it out and see for yourself.

I enjoy working out at the Y because it allows me the ability to change up my workouts! I like to walk outside on nice days, but enjoy using other machines on the days I don't need the treadmill.
Both shallow water and deep water aerobics with Lynn are so much fun. Love singing along with her music while we workout.

I have a been a member for years and the customer service is excellent. The building is so clean and classes and the instructors are amazing I enjoy coming to this facility. Thanks
I’ve been a member for years and truly enjoy the facility and staff. I’ve made lots of friends and look forward to the fellowship during water aerobics. With that being said I’m not a fan of the newly renovated women’s locker room. There is no privacy, the floors are a hazard as they are riddled with puddles of water. Several older women have slipped….The shower heads are so small it’s difficult to rinse off any soap not to mention that it takes the water way too long to begin to get warm. I purchased a swim parka to put on over my wet suit and just leave to avoid the locker room altogether. Most of us are older women who don’t like to be exposed to a door coming in from the hallway.
The instructors are very good. The members are go!!
