The instructor breaks down the steps in a way that is easy for the kids to understand and for us parents to replicate on non-class days. The instructors are encouraging and are committed to safety while still imbuing the kids with confidence. We love Ms Brandi and she has been paramount in Grayson becoming a great swimmer!
The childcare workers have always been friendly and welcoming to both my kids and I. I haven’t had any complaints or problems that interrupted my workout and my kids look forward to being there.

I love the variety of exercise equipment and weights! The quality is fair; however, some of the Free motion equipment could be replaced for equipment that doesn't break down on a rotating basis.
My biggest complaint is how busy this Y is all the time. I know this is something the Y can't control. However, the amount of kids and teenagers using equipment needs to be better monitored. The cell phone use on machines is absolutely a huge pain. I know you all posted stickers, but people need to be told to take conversations off the machines, and then given a warning, and then asked to leave if they persist. Most of the time I'm waiting to use something is because someone is on their cell phone. It's very disrespectful, inconsiderate, and inconvenient.
I feel the Y needs to expand the free weights area. Add more weights and exercise equipment so their is more variety, so that way people aren't waiting on equipment. I feel enforcing a stricter no phones policy will work wonders for ensuring people don't remain on the machines while they are talking or viewing content on their cell phones for longer than they should be.

I can use the nationwide y wherever I travel. And I also live in the Savannah area and use the y’s at several locations in the coastal Georgia region of ymca’s.
I enjoy all of the friendly staff. Childcare workers do a great job with my toddler. Facilities are clean and environment is welcoming.

This is the first time I've been at Parkview YMCA. Upon arriving, I found it esthetically pleasing both inside and outside. The Enhanced Fitness class was enjoyable and Alyssa, Instructor was very knowledgeable and made the class fun. In addition, the women in the class were friendly and helpful.
First time using a class. Seniors exercise class led by Alysa. She was helpful, encouraging, kind, caring and patient.

I’m so grateful to have the YMCA so close to my home. I’ve taken advantage of the indoor and outdoor trails for 3 years now. The pool is phenomenal and the classes are geared to different levels of ability. No reason to not stay active and focus on health and fitness.
The staff is very helpful and is always working to make shure everyone is happy with the facility and that the facility is clean.
Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and there to lead us. The equipment is well cared for, and the staff helps with everything. The trainers are excellent.
