People are friendly and the staff is knowledgeable. I use the egym and I see that a few of the black pads could and should be replaced due to cracking.
Wonderful way to connect with people (young and older) and make new friends. My husband and I refer to them as “Y Friends”

I very much like the facility and the staff. It fits my need very well.
I have one suggestion/minor complaint:
During peak eGym usage times (most mornings), I either would not do new user orientations, or ask the instructors to adhere to the time clock and go through twice if they need to. Instructors sometimes spend two and even three cycles on one machine, which backs things up for everyone else in line. If you skip past them, it can be difficult to slot back in to use the machine that you skipped.
