It is always clean and well managed by the life guards. It was a little crowded but still nice to be in the outdoor pool.

Access to good equipment, never so busy I can’t get to a machine. May have to wait a little, but that’s ok. Love the 24/7 access

It is more about my trainer than the Y itself. My trainer is at the Y, so that’s where I’m going.

I have to say the Y has the best swimming program. I would not go anywhere where else.
The swim instructors are fantastic. My boys are really learning their strokes. I would recommend swim lessons to everyone. The manger of swim program is awesome.

The child watch is the best thing/feature ever,the staff is amazing and accommodative.

The employees do a great job entertaining my 7 year olds. They’re always excited to go see what craft or activity they’ll get to do.

The facility is beyond my expectations. It is well maintained and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The coffee is great

I am a senior citizen and love working out on the treadmill. I had results the first time I used one, and am up to 4 miles a week after one year. My Doctor is happy with my results and so am I.
I enjoy the socialization and saying hello to the staff who are so friendly and helpful. The Jergenson facility is clean and well cared for! The are plenty of machines, opportunities and year-round swimming pools to get fit, open to everyone!! John Bickley
