Doug that teaches the Silver Sneakers classes is really great at encouraging and explaining and making it fun and great choice of music. Hadn’t heard the YMCA song for a long while and that was so was fun to learn the arm moves to it!
So glad I found out about the class just last week
and went.
It was a full class but the other students were so sweet and made room for one more. One very nice lady must have noticed that I was new and didn’t know the routine and she brought weights and a ball and strength bands to me!

Lauri, my personal trainer, has been amazing!! She does her job well and also makes you feel like you and your journey are important … she’s very positive and encouraging!

Warm pool with all my joints and back problems and feet problems. It’s hard for me to exercise anymore. I’m older so the other pool is way way way too freezing for me but the warm pool I can exercise!!!!!!
