I love the friendly staff at the front desk. The people in the wellness center and the instructors are amazing. It's wonderful to have so many classes and strength training available in one location!
Everyone is so nice at the Y. I have a personal trainer who is now helping me learn how to lift free weights. I have a handicapped friend who is working out at the Y. There are so many understanding people.
