Everything,the staff are very friendly and fun to talk with. Seem to be more breakdowns lately. The suit dryer in the mens locker has been down for 3 weeks. The steam room is great as well as the coffee on Tuesday and Thursday. Over all very clean.

I was out in the area for a mtg at Snider HS and I stopped to swim laps before the trip back home. People were very helpful and courteous when I came in for information. The experience was wonderful and then I found out that this place will soon be going to 24/7 availability for atrons which I think is wonderful.

I particularly enjoy the friendliness of the staff and people who go there to exercise. The facility is well used but always clean, and equipment is maintained in spite of the numbers of users.
As with all the surveys I've taken for the Jackson YMCA, my experience has not faltered. All the staff are wonderful, friendly, super helpful and kind.
It is always a pleasure to go there. I always feel better after just being there.

Friendly staffs and my daughter love to go there
While this is not the closest Y to us (Central and Skyline are walking distance), it is the nicest and cleanest. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and the child care is amazing. I don't feel stressed about dropping my child off while I do a class or work out and after, we can go swim in the pool or play in the splash pad, walk around the track or outdoor trail, or play in the play area. Now that it's 24/7 as well, my night-shift husband will be able to take advantage of some of what the Y has to offer as well.
