its a safe and family-friendly environment for working out and staying healthy. Occasionally I have heard some younger men using lewd language in the weights area but it is the exception.

I enjoy the YMCA. I have been walking for 3-4 years lots of laps around the track. For the F]first time watching this winter I watched my great nephew, who is 5 play basketball on Satuarday mornings. What fun to watch him, and I also planned by walking around the times of his games.
